How Was Your Thanksgiving?

So how was your Thanksgiving? Mine was nice and uneventful.

Ours was great. We had about 12 people over. Lots of good food and we didn't leave the table for a good 6 hours. We just sat around and talked and laughed.

I don't like holidays. I cooked for two days straight and did the majority of the clean up. I might as well have eaten the food by myself.

Shoulda made others help out. I deep fried the turkey and made an Apple Crisp, my wife made a squash caserole and mashed potatoes (all that was really good), then others brought about 5 other dishes, so the work was pretty even I guess.

Good. Nothing fancy this year. Did the traditional turkey, stuffing and pie, but no traveling or big gatherings.

Was kinda nice to have it low key, etc.

My wife made a ham. I made green bean casserole, sweet potato casserole, deviled eggs and mashed potatoes. Our company brought the rest of the food over. I love food
