I just heard on FOX News while watching Obssession: The Threat Of Radical Islam that the comedian who played Kramer on Seinfeld is being forced to undergo Psyciatric evaluation for saying those jokes.

I have nothing good to say about this in fact I think we should all say the dirty N word several times just to spite the idiocy of the PC Crowd.

There are words that are just inflamatory...no matter the context. Saying "nigger" and trying to justify it is just retarded. You think there would not be outrage if he had said "kyke" instead? Is it OK to use the movie and celebrity quotes from Black people who may have that sensitive language but are well known quotes, and for someone who is not black to say those words, or is it off limits completely?

Glad you even know the context of what happened in the first place. He wasn't telling a joke. He CALLED SOMEONE that name in the heat of the moment. I have seen this behavior time and time again in the real world. Sometimes, white people get so mad at a black person and out comes the word. Is it deep down hatred and racism or is it just something whites can rely on to attack blacks with? I don't know. All I know is the word is bad based on its use in the past and why it was used. It is ignorant when blacks use it and it is ignorant when others use it.

I don't think it's deep down racism, but when you hear something so much you sometimes what you've heard in the heat of the moment, and may not have meant to say it but was more of a slip. And by you I mean generic you, not you directly.

This is something everybody's done at one time or another.

In this case, that's not what it was. He spent over a 2 or 3 minutes calling this man who heckled him a nigger. If you "snap" it's a one and done. You don't go on ranting and raving and repeating the name over and over.

Okay, I've had a change of heart after seeing the video and after my apology.

At the very least he owes them an apology.

But i heard the deal about psychiatric counseling while 3watching the FOX channel tonight.

But he is now being sued:

So, if I use a word that other people find offensive enough, they will see if I'm crazy? Who gets to decide what words I can and can't use? As a writer, I find this disturbing.

I think Kramer might need psychiatric help. Not because he said nigger, per se, but because of the reckless disregard for himself when he said it. The guy was in such a disconnected state of mind that he basically flushed his career down the toilet and risked causing a riot. It'd be like someone going into Compton and shouting nigger repeatedly. It's not the word "nigger" that's the problem. It's the reckless disregard for his own well being. If he has no regard for the consequences of his actions when he's angry, what's he going to do next time?

That said, Gloria Alred is a disgrace to all lawyers for even taking on this case.

Richards is between a rock and a hard place, he could easily get a summary judgment in his favor and it would be over...but that wouldn't look the best after his rage-attack

Maybe if he made a settlement stating that the parties had come to a favorable relation and the healing was done, it would be worth Richards money to make a settlement
