So I'm sitting here, browsing LL... when all of a sudden...

I hear a loud YELP sound

I'm like "uhh", for a second before I get up out of the chair, and realize the cat is back in.. and he seems pretty interested in the rolltop desk.

Apparently, realizing that we weren't satisfied with the last present he brought us, a little baby fledgling bird.. he decided to go bigger, and better.

This time, he brought us a rabbit.

After putting the cat in a different room, I moved the desk and the rabbit decided it'd be a good time to make his escape. I had him trapped in the kitchen, but he scampered off and now I have no idea where he went...

So, I'm now hunting wabbits.

My cat kills rabbits all the time.

Damn things are bigger than he is and I've seen him in the field behind our yard, hunting them down.

He snaps their necks like a twig.

I'm very nice to him, I don't want him killing me in my sleep.

BTW, the ATF blared the sound of rabbits being slaughtered to deprive the Branch Davidians of sleep at Waco.

Well, he's manadged to wedge himself behind the fridge, and then behind the thing that holds all the plates

But he's a fast little bugger. He's a baby rabbit, and pretty small, so it's hard to keep track of him

Let the cat get it. My fiance's cat brings birds in the house and lets them go to play with them. One time, my fiance was chasing a bird flying around the house around for a bit, then her cat lept up and grabbed it mid-flight. It was a lot easier to get outside once it was in the cat's mouth.

Managed to tarp him in my room next to the wall underneath my windows..

Had a small garbage can I had recently bought and he's now in the bottom of that thing

Looks like he has a cut on his leg from teh cat, so gonna run 'em up the street to the vet and let them hand him off to one of the "Wildlife Rescue" groups tommorow or whenever.

He should be ok. They'll hand him over to a wildlife rescue in the mornin' and eventually be released again
