Yet, he was cleared of all charges by Ken Starr except the BJ thing...truely shocking how honest he was considering the dozens upon dozens of charges he was cleared of...

Washington bought his first election, not to mention slave owning presidents after him, and then after the civil war you have a slew of extremely corrupt presidents, then ofcourse even FDR had affairs, many presidents feared the FBI after that because they figured they had dirt on them

Truman was probably the closest things to a clean president we've had the past 140 years, besides that I think they all could have been impeached if one tried hard enough

No he didn't. Sexual relations was clearly defined to him beforehand and his response was clearly untrue.

And in the sense of truth being "subjective". It's quite simple in this case. Either what he said was based on fact or was based on a lie. When he was given the definition of sexual relations and he said he did not have any with Monica... he lied. It's not that hard. It's amazing how so many people try to redefine simple words in this debate... debating the definition of truth is a new one though...

I've been over this before, on here, he thought monica had sexual contact with him, but he didn't have any sexual relations with her

that's one way of looking at the definition, and perfectly clear way i might add

If the witness is at all confused about any part of the definition, he can use his own judgment

It is the PROSECUTIONS job to press the witness and work on definitions, not Bill Clinton

They could have simply asked "Did Monica Lewinsky ever touch you in any sexual manner?" and they could have gotten a real answer that COULD have been real perjury, but they didn't

Before anyone brings in the "cigar story" remember Monica also testified that she believed that Clinton (and apparently clinton told her *laugh*) that they were going to fly away out of DC together to live together and he was going to divorce hillary...she was a crazed stalker
