went and checked it out last night, and it was really good. its a great father son movie, but it really does have an overall positive message in it. 2 thumbs way up.

um, i dunno. i dont think age matters. the basic message is that youre never too old to accomplish goals, and to not worry about what the rest of the world thinks of you. just worry about what makes you happy.

its a good movie.

think about violence and language...would it be inappropriate for a 7 year old? I know it's boxing but there's a difference between "boxing" and "violence." IMO Superman Returns was too violent for a 7 year old because of a few different scenes that too violent (when they're kicking him while he's down, and when he gets stabbed to name two).

besides the boxing, is it violent? and what about language?

if i hadn't grown up with the story, i think it would have stunk - the fight scenes were some of the worst i've seen. but hey, its rocky balboa and it was worth seeing his character again. yeah, woulda been a great father/son flick.

i dont know the rating, but i dont recall any real foul language or over the top violence.

well alot of people are pretty familiar with rocky. i mean, this is like the 6 installment. i thought it was good, and the fight scenes looked WAY better than previous rocky movies.
