| I think with everything going on in the world right now that demands immediate attention, he should be spending his time focusing on them instead of people who won a reality show for singing well | ||||

The sooner an international force is in place, the better for everyone involved. We've been sitting on our hands intentionally, and it's disgraceful.

btw, bush HAS been on the phone with olmert. and an i believe an international team will be sent down there in time. the following article shows olmert's idea of what they need: Olmert: 15,000 int'l troops needed this in and of itself show's olmert's desire to work with the international community and approach this in a reasonable manner. is hezbollah making calls to work with the international community? of course not, because that's not their desire. israel waited too long for others to do something about hezbollah, and now they are doing it themselves. bush is doing the right thing i believe.

| Who the **** cares if President Bush met with American Idol stars for a few minutes? We have a case here of the liberal media blowing things way out of proportion. It is honorable for the president to commend, at the prestiguous White House, a group of people who have the entire country virtually infatuated with them. Just let it go. | ||||

| If he does this, he'll be burnt at the stake.. if he doesn't.. he'll be burned at the stake. It's a fact folks. You guys know this. It's been the same thing with all Presidents. Deviate at all from what people think you should be doing (which btw I have to wonder why people are under the impression that heads of state should be televised doing their jobs because I'm getting the impression that if they DO NOT - then they must not be doing anything.. because we can't SEE them doing their job???) and there will be screamers and criers. That's politics, and as POTUS its a constant damned if you do, damned if you don't. | ||||
