Iranian President: Solution to Middle East crisis is to destroy Israel

PUTRAJAYA, Malaysia - Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said Thursday the solution to the Middle East crisis was to destroy Israel, Iranian state media reported.

stabilizing force my ass. this guy's intentions (as well as the intentions of many of the surrounding arab nations) are clearer and clearer every day. why people continue to defend or support these fascist regimes boggles my mind.

It's a solution the same way that nuking or carpet bombing the entire middle east is a solution.

Iran could be a stabilizing force in the reigon....if they weren't currently being lead by a crazy ass crazy dude.

They have their own Hezbollah, and influence over Syria, etc.. They could be doing a lot for the mideast peace process, but again, there's that whole crazy ass crazy dude thing that's getting in the way of that.

Either way the domestic pressure on his successor to avenge Iran upon Isreal would be immense, ..., probably.

No other muslim leaders have expressed objection to the Middle-East sentiment, and thus they have been seen to be on the opposite side of The United States and Israeli conflicts.

Shortly after this, Hezbollah leader makes a statement saying that "If Beirut is attacked, we will in turn attack Tel Aviv."

Really, this is nothing new. Iran has been calling for the destruction of Isreal since their revolution in 1979.

When was it that Isreal pwnt a bunch of nations at once? They might have to end up doing that shit again if they don't want to be destroyed.

I still hope America stays out of it.

It's important to note, that leader Nasralleh has always come through on his threats, history will show this man has never made a hollow claim -- especially in matters of war.
