Without saying who is right or wrong, it suggests a consideration of what is truly best for the conflict and the Nation over party politics. The country's safty and future matters most. Not what makes Bush look good or bad in the eyes of his critics or supporters.

Yes... it has absolutely nothing to do with his skill as a broadcaster. His producers made him popular. That's my point. You can be a successful actress without any skill... same goes for broadcasting. If your message is something people are willing to accept, it goes beyond your skill as a broadcaster. I've never said he's failed at his job, I said he has no skill as a televised broadcaster.

The show would be even more popular if you sock puppets up there bashing Bush and the GOP for an hour. It has nothing ot do with his "charisma" or peresonality (or lack thereof)

you of all people should know that patrols are not ran like a 9-5 schedule, so are you think we should send more troops?

I know they're not, I'm trying to make a point to show that the forces are extremely small.

and I've already said.. if you want a plan like this to work, you need to have somewhere around 100,000 additional troops.

Unfortunately we don't have those numbers. We're still raping the military and NG with 4 tours at times.
