Well, if the Primaries have already happened, then I drop my point. He should remain on the ballot.


I thought the judge was ordering his name must stay on the ballot before the primaries.

Nope. It's a conservative court as well, like Thorgrim said. I find it unlikely that this will be overturned, but even if it is, there's not much time for them to mount a campaign.

It'd be funny if he wound up winning after all of this though and tried to regain his former position
