| He was very wishy washy in his response. But one thing is clear, he's humbling himself a bit with this response. And when a president starts talking like this about a war he sent us to, I think it's safe to say there's some serious problems with the administration. | ||||

| It's hard to tell whether or not he is actually feeling this way or just worried about support going down, including with Republicans and Republican Congressmen. I mean, he had a very conciliatory attitude in the press conference after the election, but he still pretty much kept on doing what he had after that. And with his new escalation, he's once again really ignored everyone's intelligent suggestions about how to begin fixing the problems in Iraq. | ||||

However, he doesn't approve of what's going on in Iraq, the thing is doesn't acknowledge the fact that his administration's decisions hurt more than helped. He said mistakes were made, and rest with him.. that's fine that he says the burden is on him, but I honestly think that he blames the mistakes on people outside the administration. He might say he takes the blame, but won't ever say it was a result of him directly. | ||||

As for Hillary she must worry about how far left she goes before she does the Kerry dance back to center!
