I agree 100%. I'm not "for" the illegal mexican drug smuggler but I am most certainly "against" cops/border patrol breaking the law.

banks and taking what they wanted should the bank guard take action , should that guard fire, should the police ignore the crime?

As of now on this issue seems to be no punishment instead liberal, PC idiots have substituted REWARD for punishment!

As for the sheer horror of shooting those lawbreakers try to comprehend this. Consider the number of crimes those illegals are committing in our country. Those crimes include very violent ones , MURDER, RAPE,DRUG CRIMES,ETC.

THOSE MURDERS ,RAPES, ROBBERIES ETC COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED BY STOPPING THE MILLIONS OF ILLEGALS IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Failing to stop the continued flow of invaders only increases all the problems they bring, they create.

Perhaps you would do well to spare some of that ENLIGHTENED compassion for the innocent American victims some of those illegals decided to take advantage of.

If someone walks into a bank and says "give me your money" the guard is NOT allowed to shoot the person. The robber must FIRST show a weapon or claim to have a weapon before a guard can pull his gun.

depends on the state, but many of them allow you to stop a felony in progress by using lethal force.

I'd love to see references for this.

Because from what I've read, if a person walks into a bank and says "give me a bag of money" and the guard shoots that person the guard is in as much trouble as the robber. Of course, like you said it may be state-dependent, but I'd like to see a reference.
