jesus christ, colbert didn't own oreilly

Neither owned anyone.

It was all a joke. Too bad liberals didn't get it and thought Colbert was really "owning" Oreilly.

Colbert did a very funny impression on O'Reilly!

Instead of being the mean asshole, what the left want him to be, he is a big boy and invites Colbert on the show. He runs the Colbert clip on Fox! He can laugh at himself which God Help most Libs they cannot do! And if you saw last nights show the e-mail to him was very positive.

Last night O'Reilly:

On Stoned Slackers:

"It was a joke."

On the segment:

"Smart people can enjoy both programs."

O'Reilly has

the libs today. They wanted to see a Monster yell at Colbert. What they saw was fun and now they are mad!

Pathetic awards should be given!

Yeah remember how many seats the Republicans picked up in 1998 with Clinton's second mid-term election

Do I really have to go back and post all the conservatives who predicted, the week of the election, that the Democrats would only pick up about 8 seats in the house, maybe 2 in the senate? And practically NO ONE thought they'd take back the Senate

Rove yelled during an interview because he had "the math" and everyone else was working on the wrong math, and he never said he was hyping it up so the GOP would turn out, afterwards he said he really believed it and had the numbers to back it up

Fact is, the GOP turned out hardcore...but Republicans are not a majority in this country, and the rest of the country turned out hardcore...against them

No, he didn't. He mocked Oreilly - and I laughed. Both segments were hilarious. But Oreilly knew they were coming. He wasn't owned. Christ Tucker from Crossfire was owned - Oreilly was not.

I came out of this with new respect for Colbert. He can take as much as he gives. Good for him. Many lefty's won't even get near the O'Reilly program. They would rather have that guy on MSNBC pass them softballs!

I think it's humorous to watch an argument about who owned who, Colbert kicked ass and had a lot of funny stuff to say, which I enjoyed, and O'Reilly was his usual self, and even did his little "being very loud while speaking" bit, which I'm sure people who like his show enjoyed.
