Well it's official...Hillary is running, and she's in it to win!

"I'm in," she said on a Web site, hillaryclinton.com. "And I'm in to win.

Because, you know, some people are in it to lose.

She's still scary.

Wait until she uses Bush's authority to wiretap your phones and data mine your family's network

Since abortion bombers are terrorists, and those who sympathize with them are terrorist sympathizers, she should use Bush's power to designate those high-profile religious fundamentalists as enemy combatants, strip them of all their rights, and send them to Cuba for torture

Well, most of us already know that won't happen, but to be honest, if she did tap my phones, she'd get a lot of boring conversation if any, and she'd hear that I didn't think very highly of her. So really, I could care less. How did you feel when Bush tapped your phones, Thor?

She is scary, but I never mentioned anything about wiretaps or terrorism...those are hardly the reason she's scary.

People connected with him and his movement have deep roots in the fundamentalist movement...just like we arrest those who are connected to al-qaeda, Hillary should arrest those found to have any connection to the Christianist movement and I guess we should send them to Cuba for torture

Back to the thread:

It seems the race is on for raising money; the main contenders for the Democratic party are Hillary and Obama, and it's going to be quite a race to watch. The party is very divided about who to vote for. The blacks of this country, and many others, will be voting Obama, perhaps even sweeping the anti-war critics as well. What else is interesting about it? This is a first ever for presidential elections...a woman and a minority running.

On a interesting note, she'll be presented to America as the new Thatcher:

HILLARY CLINTON is to be presented as America’s Margaret Thatcher as she tries to become the first woman to win the White House. As she entered the 2008 presidential race yesterday, a senior adviser said that her campaign would emphasise security, defence and personal strengths reminiscent of the Iron Lady.

But ther'es one problem; their policies are different, but they're kinda the same:

“Their policies are totally different but they are both perceived as very tough,” said Terry McAuliffe, Clinton’s campaign chairman.

On a more interesting note, Dick Morriss is planning on making a documentary about his former boss:

Signing the letter as "Former Clinton Adviser," Morris wrote: "If you liked how the Swift Boat Veterans turned the tide against John Kerry, you understand how a top Clinton aide can turn the tables and stop a Clinton-style liberal from becoming the next president of the United States."

As I've mentioned a few times, I really think Hillary has no chance of winning, and I really think she'll kill any chance Obama has of winning. She is a powerful political force, but not liked nearly enough to win herself. Word on the street is, her most recent tactic will be to connect Obama with Islam.

“The background investigation will provide major ammunition to his opponents,” the source said. “The idea is to show Obama as deceptive... ...The sources said the opponents are searching for evidence that Mr. Obama is still a Muslim or has ties to Islam.”

They made fun of Dukakis, Clinton, Gore, Kerry, etc but now they make fun of Hillary and suddenly it's her base turning on her

Hey, last time SNL made fun of a Clinton, that person won the WH, looks like a good luck charm to me
