BTW we as a society have decided we want to increase college attendance, cost goes up because they to do things like make new dorms, new class rooms, hire more professors, etc

Deal with it, the socialist party wants the government to run all business, we can't satisfy radical third parties, come to the table when you have voter support
1) roads are a public good
2) you're right, im not defending everything TJ did
3) nothing you said counters my claim that federal student aid is unconstitutional and drives up prices

thanks for not even rebutting my argument... your post was a bunch of logical fallacies bundled up in one crappy post!

As far as laying the asphalt and all that junk, I don't think that should be a government issue. The private sector can do a better job anyway. The land itself, however, should be public property.

If by that you mean no seperation between private properties, then I disagree. I would be tresspassing on my neighbor's property to get anywhere. If you just mean removing the "asphalt and all that junk," then I agree.

I was referring to asphalt and all that junk

I would love to see states have more power. But not to the point that we're back to the Articles of Confederation.

How about back to the point where the Constitution was a bit more than a novelty?

that's so subjective.

I'd prefer to take some things, and drop others. it's way to complicated to explain.
