As far as laying the asphalt and all that junk, I don't think that should be a government issue. The private sector can do a better job anyway. The land itself, however, should be public property.

If by that you mean no seperation between private properties, then I disagree. I would be tresspassing on my neighbor's property to get anywhere. If you just mean removing the "asphalt and all that junk," then I agree.
