Actually that is the definition of Average...

If there's 20 people and a total of 20,000 dollars in debt then thats an average of 1000/per person even if its all held by two people. That would be the MEAN...I believe the median is about 3400/person.

Just putting money in it does NOTHING to create a job. Demand for the product or service creates the job. You want a thriving economy focus on the consumer.

Sure it is paris hiltons money. I understand that. I am not jealous of her nor do i want to penalize her. But lets be realistic. Supply = Demand and Jobs PERIOD...what are you creating demand for? The same shit over and over? No one wanted windows till bill gates CREATED it. No one wanted CD's till someone invented them. You have to have creation and/or evolution to drive an economy forward. You have to have incentive to create, you have to have a supply of money to develope creation. You have to have people assembling, building and thinking up new ideas (jobs) once you have a product you have demand. If the product serves a purpose and you supplied something of VALUE the demand will continue.

no, 1 person has debt, 19 don't have any debt. before i'd agree the average american has $9,000 in debt i want to see how that's calculated.
