2nd, they don't lose the right to inherit their property, they either pay the taxes of sell of part of it to pay. As mentioned earlier, the land is very large and part of the inheritance is equipment. It's not an all or nothing deal. Out of 500 acres, selling maybe 10-20 acres could pay for taxes.
