Possibly, maybe. Not much is beyond the realm of possibility. I just think it is the realm of how i try and describe in a earlier post. Not one goverment having control over the whole entire world. Imho that is a immposibility. The only thing imho plausible is more and further intergration and greater diplomacy of nations. That seems more realistic.
