Also, while some of the stuff in the film is theologically incorrect, you also can't take this stuff out of context, like the movie does.

For example, when it shows these kids in battle gear, it is symbolic of the spiritual warfare that we engage in. It has nothing to do with literal warfare.

at the comment about Bush bringing credibility to Christianity.

While there have been numerous cases of Christians killing others for that reason (Crusades, etc), most of that was hundreds of years ago. Sadly, for the Middle East, those people still fight with that viewpoint.
Your interpretation, certainly not that followed if you went in to an NRA-friendly bar and asked people what they did with their lives

Go to Ireland, their are bars with NRA members who killed fellow christians in the name of christianity, and they don't sit there weeping and regretting their past life...infact if you went in there and told them the "error of their ways" you wouldn't last long in there

her yelling out "this means war" is pretty

the teachings of Jesus had nothing to do about violence against others. using that analogy is very hypocritical to his teachings.

I agree. Paul said we do not war with flesh and blood but with spiritual powers, etc. Christians are called to warfare - just not against each other.

About 95% of all wars since the time of Christ do not fit into the criteria of what Christian Warfare is, defined by the theologians.

Pretty scary, thankfully I didn't grow up around crazy people like that.

However, I have a hard time condemning indoctrination of children. It's a parent's right to pass down their values, etc.
