He is fine with stabbing 8 people, do you really think he is going to care about the law about carrying his gun to work without a permit ?

Tank, it seems the guy your friend shot had it coming. He should have had a restraining order to protect himself with. I think you just hold them up in front of you and it stops the bullets.
