I went ahead and added a hack for this because I thought it might be interesting to see where folks are located

I made a link at the top for easy access to it, and I'll see what other ways I can integrate it with the forum (like a link under the avatar or some such)

http://www.libertylounge.net/forums/vbgooglemapme.php is the direct link if you're too lazy to move your mouse to the top of the page.

Add yourself, etc

Might take up to 10 minutes for the marker to show up.

I just looked at the map in your area. Omg, no wonder out-of-towners always drive like shit when they come to California. Those roads are confusing as Hell.

"Okay, so you're going to make a left up there .... but to make a left, you have to go right at the split right after the intersection, do a little loop, then merge back on the main road and go straight."

Seriously, why not just have a left turn like normal?

I went back in to look at my entry and my marker moved into Arkansas.

Is google trying to tell me something?

They're up there now. There's a setting to have them not auto approve, that's fixed.
